Verification of Employment
We provide employment and salary verifications through The Work Number from Equifax.

If you are an employee requesting employment data report:
You can call, email or download a request form to return by mail. Visit The Work Number online at https://employees.theworknumber.com/ and click “Your Data Report” on the top menu. Scroll to the bottom to see the options.
Note: Employees will NOT need to create an account to receive their data report. They will only need to follow one of the steps listed below.

1. Call 1-866-604-6570
This automated service assists you in obtaining your free employment data report.
Important: If an agent requests a verification code, say, “My employer is part of the Paycom hybrid partnership.” This will allow the agent to accept the request with your Social Security number and without a verification code.

2. Mail a request form
Go to https://employees.theworknumber.com/employment-data-report and scroll down until you see an envelope icon. Click “Download Form.”
You can type directly on the form before printing and mailing it to The Work Number.
